a chance to fix oregon's broken tax code

Seventy percent of Oregon's corporations pay the legal minimum, $10 a year, in income taxes.

The minimum has not changed since it was established in 1931. Yes, 1931.

Today, the Oregon Senate voted to restore something nearer to tax fairness and prevent $800 million in cuts next year. It went down by one vote.

Please contact Senator Mark Hass (D-Beaverton) and ask him, politely, to change his vote to yes on House Bill 3405.
